IDMI was formed in 1994 by Paul Noonan and Chris Moore. Both individuals have extensive backgrounds in fundraising database management technology.
IDMI was started in order to fill a void in the fundraising database management industry. That void was the need for a flexible, service oriented, company that is responsive to the specific needs of the organizations it serves.
IDMI provides full-service database management, actively managing all of the inflows and outflows and maintaining of the clients Master File. This includes; complete response processing (caging, data entry, and 24-hour thank you receipting), as well as daily file updating, customized reporting, house file selects, merge/purge processing, demographic overlays, comprehensive file audits, list rental fulfillment, NCOA and Deceased file processing, among other services.
Customers also have 24/7 on-line access to their data via our web enabled donor management software PartnerPlus! This on-line system allows clients to browse and edit donor records, run reports, and generate custom queries for file selects through the use of the Query Wizard.
For those organizations that do not require a full-service solution, IDMI also performs a multitude of Data Processing services on an al-a-carte basis.
