These turn-key services include; complete response processing (caging, data entry, and 24-hour ‘Thank You’ receipting), as well as daily file updating, customized reporting, house file selects, merge/purge processing, demographic overlays, comprehensive file audits, list rental fulfillment, NCOA and Deceased File processing, among other services. IDMI is also an in-house licensee of the USPS FASTforward® move/change database.
Customers have 24/7 on-line access to their data via our web based donor management software PartnerPlus! This on-line system allows clients to browse and edit donor records, run reports, and generate custom queries for file selects through the use of the Query Wizard.
